Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Normal processing within the United States of America can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delivery

The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (4-6 business days), Rush Shipping (1-2 business days). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Rush Shipping due to size, weight, and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. We ship worldwide.

Standard Ground:

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. 

Rush Shipping:

Rush Shipping is only available on select products. Rush Shipping delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am CT on a business day, and should arrive within 2 business days. Orders placed after 11:00am CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive within 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).

Shipping & Handling Rates:

Depends on items purchased, weight and where they are being delivered to, and include the thoughtfully & carefully packaged items arriving to you with fun, flare and on time!

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

ONCE again, orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday. All expedited orders require a street address. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.
